Current channel: use the private feedback route supplied with your Google Play tester invitation. A direct public support mailbox will be published before public release.
Include these details
- The game and exact ruleset or custom variant.
- Your phone or tablet model and Android version.
- Table or Scene view, plus the selected board theme.
- The action you took immediately before the problem.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- Whether the issue survived leaving the screen or restarting the app.
- A screenshot or short screen recording when the issue is visual.
Choose the closest problem type
Feedback
The state changed with no visible explanation, animation lied about the result, or an action happened too quickly to follow.
Persistence
A game, score, setting, custom variant, or history item disappeared or duplicated after navigation or restart.
Mobile controls
A tap target, drag, scroll area, keyboard, rotation, safe area, or haptic response failed on the device.
Fast self-checks
- Confirm you are using the newest internal-test update in Google Play.
- Try the same move once in the other view mode when the game supports Table and Scene.
- Record whether sound, haptics, bot speed, or AI difficulty changed the behavior.
- Do not erase history or reset settings until you have captured the details needed for the report.
Privacy and data deletion
Open CardFuzz Settings → privacy, terms, support & data deletion. From there you can erase local history and, when multiplayer is enabled, delete friend groups you own along with their server rooms and scores. Read the full privacy notice.
